6. Wallet and Private Keys
You are solely responsible for:

Aetheron cannot recover lost or stolen private keys, passwords, or funds.

- Engage in wash trading or market manipulation
- Hack, exploit, or attack the Platform or smart contracts
- Create multiple accounts to abuse referral programs
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Aetheron or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use
- We do not guarantee Platform availability or functionality
- Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD

- MetaMask and other wallet providers
